Autumn Frye

As an associate of Miltner Law Group, Autumn Frye concentrates her practice on construction, real estate, business litigation, and transactional business matters. Ms. Frye is experienced in handling construction disputes, including contract issues, mechanic's lien, stop notice and bond claims, as well as a variety of real property issues, including real estate purchase and sale, commercial and residential leasing, easement, and title insurance disputes.

Prior to joining Miltner Law Group, Ms. Frye attended Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Justice Studies and a minor in Philosophy. Thereafter, Ms. Frye earned her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. Throughout law school, Ms. Frye volunteered with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program and worked as a law clerk for Perkins & Miltner, LLP.
