Nicholas Perkins joined the firm in March of 2009. Prior to joining Miltner, Polk & Menck Mr. Perkins worked as a certified law student for the San Joaquin District Attorney’s Office and twice interned for the Honorable Justice James A. McIntyre of the California Court of Appeal, 4th Judicial District.
Mr. Perkins earned his juris doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law in May of 2007. While studying at Columbia Law School, Mr. Perkins was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for the 2005-2006 school year and served as a Moot Court Student Editor and Moot Court Student Judge. Mr. Perkins earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles in 2003.
