Sean M. Piccola

Sean Piccola is an associate attorney of Miltner Law Group, APC. Mr. Piccola currently represents several publicly traded and private companies including residential developers, construction contractors, title insurance companies, banking and lending institutions and medical service providers. Mr. Piccola has significant experience representing and defending clients in complex real property, general business, construction, title insurance and lender litigation matters.

Mr. Piccola also has significant experience with issues of real property lien priority and creditors’ rights in both California State Courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Piccola has also litigated cases in California State Courts, United States Federal Courts and in the United States Bankruptcy Court involving mechanic’s lien and stop notice claims, easements, fraudulent conveyances and contractual disputes.

Mr. Piccola earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law in May of 2004. While studying at the University of San Diego School of Law, Sean served as a member of the San Diego Law Review, earned the highest grades in his Torts and International Entertainment Law classes, and received both Academic Achievement and Alumni Fund Scholarships. Mr. Piccola earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in August of 2000.
